Nice information on the different way to cash on apps. Looks like the popularity if apps is increasing every day and income for the app owners as well. Now I am planning to create an app for my website as well.
“Quiz Daddy” Scott Rogowski is the game’s main host. He asks 12 questions. You’ve got three multiple-choice options and 10 seconds to answer. If you get all 12 questions correct, you’ll split the grand prize (around $2,000 lately, though up to $12,000 on randomly chosen special occasions) amongst the other winners.
Hello Carter , Great info. Question …can I choose multiple options to create revenue in my app? Or should I chose one at a time and add more as I go? Or is the best option based on the type of App it is. Also if I can get a huge sponsor/corporation that is related to the industry that applies to my app? Do I need to go live with App first to see how it works to better brand my app? My App will have two sides to appeal to. The consumer/client and the Professionals that service the consumers. This could include brand name products / and additional elements of the industry that I am targeting. My App will have universal appeal all over the world and the ability to reach 1 + million licensed professionals and more than 2 + million establishments. Thanks again
Give some, but not all.  Whether you’re providing writing samples, a photography portfolio or links to your work, give them enough examples to get the idea, but not so many that they don’t even know where to start. And while we’re on the topic, give them some of your background information, but don’t tell them your life story.
Throughout the years, there have been arguably better Craigslist alternatives that people can choose from. OfferUp and LetGo build on Craigslist’s success to provide users with a more intuitive way to shop. Also, despite the provisions set by the site to help you identify and avoid transacting with scammers, finding genuine buyers can still be tricky especially for newbies.
Amazon: Many people don’t realize that Amazon is a haven for third party sellers, including regular Joes and Janes cleaning out their attics and garages. If you plan to sell more than 40 items per month on Amazon, consider registering as a professional seller. You’ll need to pay a $39.99 monthly subscription fee, a referral fee that usually ranges from 6% to 20%,  and a $1.35-per-item closing fee for media items. You won’t pay the $0.99-per-item selling fee, however. Alternatively, register as an individual seller. The fee schedule is the same as for professionals, except you do have to pay the selling fee and don’t have to pay the subscription fee.
If you “do everything” on your phones, you can also get paid to download sponsored apps and games. FeaturePoints will pay you to do just that, and watch YouTube videos too. After downloading and using the app, you will earn credits that can be redeemed for gift cards, which can be just as good as cash.
LOVE Scott’s energy! Business/money can be a pretty dry and boring topic depending on who’s doing the talking and that is definitely not the case with Scott. Keeps me engaged and motivated. Also, what an awesome ‘radio’ voice. Highly recommend!”– Britany Felix
The health app AchieveMint gives you points for being healthy and doing things like walking, tracking your food, or taking health surveys.  You earn points which can be redeemed for cash or Amazon Gift Cards.  For every 10,000 points, you earn $10 and there is no limit on your earnings.
Hey Carter. I have an idea for an app but the target market will be limited to my country. It will require some funding and a good bit of ground work (gathering of info etc). I will need to get an investor, but I’m not sure how the app will make its money back. I really want to make every aspect of it free in order to get the downloads, but from what u said it looks like I’ll need a truck load of downloads to see a bit of money via ads. Alternatively I was thinking of doing a “first year is free” type of thing. Anyway, let’s say I achieve 50k downloads, what sort of revenue could I make with ads? Thank you in advance. Darryn

The Swagbucks mobile app is one of the best legitimate paid survey apps out there. The questions are pretty simple: Which do you like more: Coke or Cherry Coke? How many times have you been to the movies in the past 12 months? You get the idea. The average payout for answering a series of questions is 75 SBs, which is equivalent to 75 cents. You won’t qualify for every panel, but you can usually earn about $5 for 30 minutes of work, plus you’ll earn a $5 bonus for taking your first survey.
Beware get-rich-quick schemes! Millions of people still get caught up in them. If it’s too good to be true, it’s truly no good. People who know how to get rich are busy getting rich. They are not advertising methods to get rich.

When you earn Bitcoins through tips, it is much like accepting Bitcoin as a means of payment. You need a wallet, a QR-code with your Bitcoin address on it and the people who can potentially give you a tip need to be aware of it. There are various places where you can receive Bitcoin tips.
Get-rich-quick schemes get only one person rich: the schemer. Not you. Don’t be that con artist’s next victim. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you will have the opportunity to build a viable business or become a trusted home worker in a great business.

I use the appngamereskin to reskin of andriod app. This is a good solution and it is also really cheap compared to others. Many do not reskin the purchase products but this one does and it does it at really low price. Thanks for the effort

Rent out your car. If you’re not using your car on a daily basis, you might consider renting it out for some easy cash. Sites like RelayRides.com and FlightCar.com let you rent out your car for a daily – or even hourly – rate.
If you have a spare bedroom and bathroom, and a high tolerance for other people being in your home, you may be able to make money from home by hosting people in your home. Overnight travelers are always looking for a comfortable bed and breakfast, especially since frequent travelers are often weary of hotels and motels.
Perhaps taking pictures is your forte. If you are a great photographer, you could possibly sell your photos online. Sites like iStockPhoto are always looking for contributors, who get paid a royalty every time their photo is purchased. This could be a great way to turn your art into some extra cash.
Who doesn’t want to earn more money? Whether it’s through part-time jobs or freelance work, adding more dollars to your cash flow every month is always nice. But unfortunately, not everyone has the time to pick up another job or do additional work on the side. If that’s the case for you, don’t give up. Instead, turn to the one thing you probably spend a majority of your time on: the internet.
Earning from a facebook page is not a fortnight work. It is also important that you must have the basic knowledge about the field so that you can create content for your fans and inspire other people to like your page.
Have you bought anything in the last couple of months that you haven’t yet used? If you still have the receipt, you can probably get a refund. Return policies vary, but some stores are pretty generous. For example, Walmart’s refund policy allows up to 90 days for most items.
You don’t have to do this but we would recommend setting up a separate email for all of your survey site accounts. That way you can log in each day and easily see the surveys on offer (without it clogging up your personal inbox).
Be proactive. Remember Murphy’s Law: “Whatever can go wrong will go wrong.” Make plans, complete with as many calculations as possible, then anticipate everything that can go wrong. Then make contingency or backup plans for each scenario. Don’t leave anything to luck. If you’re writing a business plan, for example, do your best to estimate when you’ll break even, then multiply that time frame by three to get a more realistic date; and after you’ve identified all the costs, add 20% to that for costs that will come up that you didn’t anticipate. Your best defense against Murphy’s law is to assume the worst, and brace yourself. An appropriate amount of insurance may be something worth considering. Don’t forget the advice of Louis Pasteur, a French chemist who made several incredible breakthroughs in the causes and prevention of disease: “Luck favors the prepared mind.”
You’ll need space to store your finds — and time to scour the streets — before you’ll start to profit. Don’t forget the time you might spend cleaning or repairing an item so you can get top dollar for it when it’s time to sell.
Maybe others make a lot of in-app purchases even when those things can be got for free. I was thinkin gof this as I was playing TempleRun2. I now these apps are super popular with multim illino downloads but I wonder how they make money as the app is free and it doesnt even have ads. The only thing it has is these coins and stuff you can buy – but why do that when you can earn them for free. But they must be making millions of dollars so I guess people fall for it.
Coinality has a different approach by not simply listing jobs where you can earn Bitcoins, but displaying them on a map. This comes in handy when you are interested in a local job somewhere near you. The number of listings could be higher but when it keeps growing it will become more interesting.
Get a part-time job. If you’re hard-up for cash, it might be time to consider a part-time job. Fortunately, retail, restaurant, and manual labor industries are almost always looking for workers willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Please note that some of the links below are affiliate links and will earn me a commission. These are all things that I have experience with and I am recommending because they are helpful and are companies that I trust, not because of any commission it may earn me.
Tutor students. Many families prefer the flexibility of using an online tutor. Depending on your background, you could be simply helping a child with homework or providing college-level support. You need to have your own computer and high speed internet. Experience required differs among companies. Some require “strong experience,” while others require a specific educational background. However, most companies do require a college degree.
JOANY – JOANY is a national organization that helps people find the best health insurance and make the most of their coverage once people have it. Right now, they’re conducting a Research Study to collect  feedback from consumers on their health insurance experience. Participants who complete the survey (which has less than 50 questions and should take less than 10 minutes) will receive $25 dollars for their time.
Our review: Prolific Academic is a high end survey site which means that you have to really focus on giving good answers in order to keep a high score. If you drop below a certain level you’ll be screened out of a lot of surveys.
You can modify pre-built WordPress themes or use your own coding. Upwork and Fiverr are two places to get your name out, and, of course, your own website that will double as a piece of your portfolio.
It can take a while to build up your reputation but some users of the site have said that they earn £40 a month. This may not sound like much, but if it’s something you enjoy then it shouldn’t be hard work and is another thing for your CV. Money you earn will be in $US but anyone can sign up and review.
I personally do this with almost all my apps. I find that when I have them priced at $0.99 I make a little less money than I do from in-app purchases when it’s free. The other difference is that I get about 10x the download number when it’s free. That opens up a whole new set of tools I can use to make money and leverage myself.
Do you love getting refunds? How cool would it be to get money back on stuff you’ve already bought without having to do a thing? Paribus is a service that lets you find out if stores you’ve shopped at online owe you a refund.  It’s free to sign up. Paribus connects to your email account and checks your receipts.  If they find out a retailer has dropped their price they file a price adjustment claim for you.  Try out Paribus.
Become a moving advertisement. “Wrap” your car in an advertisement, go about your usual commute, and get paid monthly to do it. (Some car-wrappers in San Francisco make as much as $400 a month doing this,[2] but of course this varies depending on how big a city you live in and when / how often you make your commute.) You can also get paid to wear a company’s logo t-shirt around (particularly if you wear it someplace conspicuous, like at your school; see ShirtsInSchools.com as one example).
You’ll have to pay seller fees, but you might be surprised at how much a single coupon can net you — some bring in $300! People are dedicated to getting 10% off at Sears or Target with the right coupon.
Become a mystery shopper. This means doing business with various establishments and rating their products and services without their knowledge. It may sound like cake, but remember that it requires discreteness, a good memory for detail (ex. the name of every individual who helped or served you), and enough cash for you to be able to pay for your shopping experience up-front and then wait to be reimbursed pending the approval of your review.
Evaluate Web sites. Another way to make extra cash in a short amount time – $10 for about 20 minutes of work – is to sign on with UserTesting and evaluate Web sites. You need a computer with a microphone and Internet connection, and you’ll have to fill out a one-page demographic profile. You’ll receive work if your profile matches that of the target audience of sites being tested. Then it’s just a matter of using UserTesting’s screen recorder, which you’ll need to download to your computer, to record your verbal comments and on-screen movements as you click through a site. Site owners typically are looking for feedback about whether the Web site is confusing to navigate.
Or, even better, head to Amazon Mechanical Turk, or MTurk.com, says Mokey. More than 200,000 tasks are listed there to make money online, with varying pay and work requirements. Once a task is completed, payments are deposited in your Amazon Payments account.
But the Internet has changed everything. Today, you can decide to become a freelance writer and, if you’re fortunate, get an assignment that very same day. Obviously, the better your skills and training are, the better your projects and freelance writing rates will be.
Businesses such as Hubstaff Talent make it super easy to score lucrative freelancing gigs. Create a profile, set your rates and upload your resume/portfolio and get instant access to thousands of companies looking to hire qualified freelancers.
A hair salon is another income idea that doesn’t require a lot of real estate (compared to an auto repair shop or garden plot). It also doesn’t require a large financial investment as you only need one large room to double as the waiting area and your workspace.
Follow George’s complete guide to trading on eToro to learn more. I think $200 is a good amount to get the most out of the learning curve by trying out a few different markets. If nothing else you’ll learn a great deal about various investments and industries.
After you’ve installed this app on your smartphone for one week, you get to play an instant rewards game for a prize (everyone wins something). We’ve seen users win a $25 Amazon gift card, but some of the other prizes include iPads and Samsung TVs.
If you’re not self-employed and work for a company, find out if they have a retirement plan. If you’re lucky, employers will sometimes match contributions you make into a retirement fund. Retirement plans also often have the benefit of being tax-deferred. The longer you get to keep your money (and make interest on it) the better. It’s never too early to start planning for retirement.
